Inspire4Change Consulting was formed in 2014, when Karen & Paul Davies created a Company that originally was focussed on changing peoples lives and attitudes around health and wellbeing.   Karen has built up a national reputation around her enthusiasm and teaching style that has helped hundreds of health professionals benefit from training to support the National NHS Health Check Programme.  

In 2016 Inspire4Change developed in partnership with Onclik an innovative online training package HealthCheck Mentor for NHS commissioners to use as part of their ongoing training programmes

In 2017 Inspire4change set up their Business Consulting practice, led by Paul, providing exciting and value focussed support around IT Strategy, organisational reviews and and executive support around IT transformation and change programmes.  Following the original principles and ethos of Inspire4change to help and support positive change, in 2018 Paul became an accredited coach for the Charisma Leadership Programme and now provides 1:1 and group coaching and mentoring for IT leaders and business professionals
